What words come to mind when I think about Kroma? Home... Hospitality... Kindness... Talent... Passion... Happiness... Ryan... Family... I truly feel different when I enter the Kroma environment. I am treated like a best friend, or even like a family member to the lovely people at Kroma. They don’t see this as work. They see it as an art studio where they get to make people confident and beautiful; a place where they can help customers express their individuality and where they can do what they love most. In past experiences at other salons, I have felt like nothing more than a customer, with the workers not caring about me, but just caring about getting money from me, advertising their products even when they know I don’t want them (I never hesitated to tell them I wasn’t interested). At Kroma, I arrive and I am welcomed by everybody, offered food and beverages, and spoken to without effort. I am encouraged to be myself. Kroma is my favorite place to be, and I had never felt surrounded by purely talented and amazing people until I came here. Kroma is home forever.

Discovered this place a few months ago after searching for a down to earth hair salon In King with BIG talent. So happy I took my friend recommendation as I love the energy, hospitality and most importantly my hair every time.

My favourite salon! I've had Caitlin and Bianca (for my highlights and cut) and Ryan cut my hair. They're all great and the whole atmosphere is so relaxing! I always leave feeling so refreshed and happy with my hair! Highly recommended!

Kroma is absolutely amazing!! From when you walk into the building you feel welcome, as there is always someone to greet you with a smile. The first thing that they do is offer you a refreshment as the employees spark up a meaningful conversation with you!! They are truly invested in getting to know you, and they want to know what you want from your experience while you are at the salon. They truly care about you and want to ensure that you are taken care of from start to finish!! The stylists are always on top of their game, and they have ALWAYS executed and delivered exactly what I wanted. This is why I choose KROMA for all my hair needs...and that being said my hair loves me for it!! If you want top-quality service then you have to give KROMA a try. I can assure you that you will go back for more after your first time!! Love the team that Stephanie has put together...THE BEST!!

My experience at Kroma was such a positive one! Ryan is extremely talented. His experience and inventiveness really manifest in his work. He gave me exactly what I had envisioned. Cut and style was very modern and flattering. This was actually the best haircut i've ever gotten. Thank you Ryan!
