It is a nice atmosphere and I feel real secured at this location as far as covid is concern. They care about their clients safety and plan on going back in the future.

I have been coming to this salon for over 10 years and I am so happy with the services Nour provides me. Every time is like the first time, professional, courteous, pleasant and Knowledgeable with great suggestions and tips. I found during this very hard and challenging time that the staff and the establishment are taking all precautionary measures to keep their clients safe and happy. Thank you so much Nour for all your hard work, you are fantastic!!!

salon follows all proper procedures and my hair always looks great when Nuir is done. I go twice a week to get my hair washed and styled and get it cut when necessary and a perm every few months when needed. The service is fantastic and I have now been going there for years and I prefer it to others I have gone to in the past

I was looking for a new hair salon and i took a chance going to smartstyle salon at trainyards. This salon is very friendly and professional. My hair stylist is Hannah Hoang, she is very knowledgeable and meticulous to her craft. Hannah exceeded my expectations and i highly recommend her. Thank you Hannah, I'm a very happy customer. Lynn

Even one star is too much for these guys. Worst ever!! This lady absolutely does not know what she's doing and eventually she asked other hair dresser to help and finish the haircut. I went for a haircut during my lunch time. well.. it turned out 45 minutes. People! Don't go here. Listen! Don't Go!

Terrible haircut. For guys, I suggest just going to a barbershop - these Walmart "hairdressers" don't know what they're doing. Totally uneven, she poked my eye with the comb twice, and carried on a conversation with visitors while using the clippers (literally turning away and being distracted). My wife actually laughed at how silly my hair looks now.

I went twice, first time was about 4 months ago then the second visit was 3 months ago now, had my hair bleached and toner added to get it to a platinum color, first visit was good, bleach was left on for a hour, then toner added, she told me to come back in a month because I'd need another bleaching and toner to get the platinum color I wanted, but after my second visit and bleach left on for a hour again, my hair was thinning very badly, and my scalp was sore, my hair is so thin its embarrassing and really making me depressed. So I made an appointment with a hair specialist, after seeing a specialist yesterday in Ottawa she found I have damage from the bleaching that was left on my head for a hour each time, I have inflammation and burn damage on my scalp and my hairs so thinned I look like Im going bald, thankfully the damage is reversible and I'll be having some treatments done, I was told by the specialist that hair bleach should NEVER be left on hair that long. I truly hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. I am not a hair dresser and did not know bleach shouldn't be left on that long, I thought she knew what she was doing.

0 stars if i could. I asked for a feathered haircut and instead cut... Whatever you want to call this buzzcut fauxhawk monstrosity? Its uneven and theirs HUGE chunks missing by my left ear. Not only was this not worth the 25$ but its soooo soo bad i have to wear hat in shame. Its so impossibly bad that im in tears. Like this is no exaggeration. Theirs a 4" BALD spot on the left side of my head that I cant hide.
