Highly over rated place. Please do not visit this place if you want to have a good haircut. I visited this place recently for a haircut and I was highly disappointed by the service I received. My haircut was done by Christen, and she did a terrible job. To begin with, I had long hair and wanted to get layers done and reduce the length of my hair. I showed a picture of the kind of haircut I want to have. The lady did a terrible job and I did not get my hair done as per my expectation. My haircut was nowhere close to the picture i showed. I guess it is not that difficult to get layers done . She just tried to finish my haircut within 15 minutes, as she had another client after me. Even though I had taken an appointment. I plan never to visit this place again. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Sarah and the rest of the Serenity Salon team did a phenomenal job doing hair and makeup for me and my bridesmaids for my wedding day. Sarah was a pleasure to work with. She is warm and friendly, and did a great job listening to my preferences and incorporating them into my overall look. She is great at doing both hair and makeup, and I would highly recommend both her and Serenity Salon to anyone.

I would give a 0 star if I could. The salon called the day before to confirm my appointment & sent a confirmation email. I got to the salon for my appointment and it's closed. I stood outside and called the salon to receive zero help. All I got was "I can have the owner call you". That doesn't help get my hair done for a special occasion. Thank you SO MUCh for the amazing costumer service.

If you want a pleasant experience, go elsewhere! The owner Robin is pretentious and snobby. She acts as though saying hello to and talking to clients is beneath her. She is rude and totally unprofessional. I will never go back and I will tell everyone I know to never go there either.
