I went in to get highlights and a cut. I asked for 3 color highlights that were dramatic and on the thicker side. I wanted a dark low-light and a blond highlight. The colourist said she understood what I wanted. She did the color and as soon as I saw it I was not happy. She did the cut which was fine as it was just a trim. I did pay for the color and left a tip as she was very nice. I have called to complain and asked for a call back. Hopefully, they try to make this right or Iâ€™ll be putting in another review. I only want this fixed as I will never go back to this place as it is clear the stylists are well below average.

Amazing experience all round ! The girls there are awesome ! My hilites, cut and style was exactly what I wanted and would recommend the services here any day:)

I have been going to Hair Ecpectations for a couple of years now and absolutely love the ladies there! They are always friendly and they have always been accommodating with any appointment requests I have. Great experience every time!

I've been going to Hair Expectations (Richmond) for a few years now and absolutely love it. The owner, Jen is amazing and incredibly friendly. I've seen a couple different stylists now and I've loved them all. Everyone there is kind and helpful. The prices are so competitive too. I've always been extremely happy with my results. I love Hair Expectations.
