The stylists are well trained. I prefer one or two stylists that I don't have to explain how I want my hair cut.

Had to wait a half hour even when I had my appointment pre-booked and my hair was nothing like I wanted

The haircut was very fast and well done. The prices for a standard haircut was high, but not unreasonable. Only issue is that appointments must be booked online, and the website was a bit unresponsive.

After years of avoiding First Choice Haircutters because of bad experiences @ Prescott First Choice, I went to Kemptville & found the staff there very professional & friendly. Monique gave me an awesome cut! This salon is great!
