This is the worst haircut I had in my life! I asked Ali for long layers and he crimped my hair instead of cutting long layers while putting my hair in my face so I couldn’t see what he was doing after hitting me in the face with a hot hair dryer. He charged me an arm and a leg and did not even apologized after hitting me hard on the side of my head. He insisted that I had to go see him every 4 months and he had the gall to try and follow me on Instagram! My hair is now very damaged. He is lucky I didn’t call the cops for assault. Be especially wary of him if you have beautiful hair!

I just got my hair done and I am obsessed with the colour and cut. I’m quite surprised at the very few negative reviews that were posted because my experience was the total opposite. Everyone was very friendly and Ray took the time to listen to what I wanted. Very friendly atmosphere and the salon is beautifully decorated and spacious which makes it even more inviting. I’ll be back for sure and would 100% recommend this salon.

Weirdly cut my hair in only 6 minutes exactly, doing not only a horrible job but leaving me with a mullet and half my hair longer on one side than the other and this isn't even the haircut I asked for multiple times. Most shocking of all was how I still paid almost $50 for them to mess my hair up

I booked my first post-covid lockdown haircut with them and he never even cut my hair! He used the wrong shade of blonde for the highlights as well and not enough time was allotted for my appointment. 3 times he had to mix dye to finish what was started. He trimmed all the dead ends and blow dried it and the next client came and he was done with me! 190.00 and my hair isn’t cut and how long were hairdressers closed for? Ya’ - I still have all that hair. he didn’t hear what i said i wanted. I miss sam who used to work there. Sam! where did you go!
