I visited Loft Hair Lounge for the first time after being recommended by a friend (and checking out their Instagram) and loved my experience here. All of the stylists were welcoming and friendly and the salon has a cool vibe. I was really impressed with the service I received from Kenlyn & my curly blow dry actually stayed intact for the first time. I will definitely return for colour treatments.

Amazing experience and results. Fredrick took the time to explain the process, unlike any other hair stylist iâ€™ve been to. Definitely recommend them.

Really, really lovely experience. Gave me a glass of wine and made sure I was comfortable. Conversational hairdressers and was seriously happy about how my keratin treatment turned out. Been back twice, really has changed my life - I finally feel confident about my hair and appearance!

Rewriting my review as my hair seems to have corrected itself slightly over a few days. It was cut a little too short, but I can style it out okay. The staff are friendly but also maybe try to force a conversation to happen, and that energy could rather be spent focusing on the haircut itself. Some people may like the conversations, but it may not be successful with all kinds of customers. Regardless of the above, if you go in as a customer and donâ€™t like the result, explaining to Tim (the owner) what you didnâ€™t like about it, may just end up in you being called an â€œassholeâ€.

Frederic was fantastic! He truly takes great pride and has a true passion for hair! I have had many haircuts and his was by far the best I've ever had. He made me feel comfortable, always asked questions, and was a true perfectionist! I could not be happier with my haircut! I HIGHLY suggest going here. Frederic has a great knowledge of hair care as well. He gave me great advice for new shampoos and treatments... As the wisest hairdresser I've ever had says "Invest in your hair.... It's your CROWN!" Well Frederic, you're one investment I plan on scheduling every three months! I can't thank him enough!! :)
