The team at this salon is super talented. I have been seeing Kiril (great cuts) and Davide (amazing colour) for years and they always do amazing work. They make a point of keeping current and positioning the salon as a leader in the industry. I also had my makeup done by Veronica and she was fantastic. It was super polished yet natural. Great team at this salon.

There isn’t another Spa in the city that has all of these amenities provided by masters in their field. Each person who works there is professional and always current in new techniques and technology. And, to top it off, they are the nicest group of people too!

Best hair salon in city, hands down. Davide is a magician whose magic extends beyond hair - he is a visionary, a leader who has built a great enterprise with great people working with him. Collectively they put the customer first and that comes through in everything they do.

This was the worst highlight/balayage job for me. It costed me $350. It's streaky & uneven. Click on my user name to see pictures on google map. I ended up getting it fixed somewhere else. The salon called me about 1 week after I posted the original google review to see how they can make it right. They kept pointing out their 2 week policy for clients to get their hair fixed if they were unsatisfied. I had called 2 weeks after my original appointment to ask if I can get my hair fixed because I wanted to wait and see if fading of the toner would improve how my hair looked. This policy was not something that was communicated to me at the salon. At the appointment, the hairdresser had said I should let her know any time to get things corrected if unsatisfied. They eventually offered me $100 store credit, which I declined because I don't want to go back to this place.

So far One 2 One is the best hair salon I went to. They have a great atmosphere and they are really professional. I love my hair, after going blonde it looks so healthy and shiny, which surprised me a lot, in a good way, obviously:)
