So I walked in with a friend to get a cut. There were 4 waiters and 4 barbers working, one person was waiting for a specific barber but the rest were just in line. After waiting for almost 2 hours 4 ppl walk-in and weâ€™re automatically seated after greeting the barber. They lack class and respect for customers. Frankly they only favor Iraqi nationals over everyone else. I walked out and called the owner and explained to him this is wrong and should be corrected. I would recommend people to STAY AWAY.

They only take good care of their close Freinds. For ex one his friend was getting a hair cut and he took 40 Minutes or more and when I went to get my hair cut it took him 10 to 15 minutes only and he didnâ€™t do good.

I always give new business a chance, with so many salon in dearborn, I wanted to try this salon. I waited half an hour, then this guy gave me a hair cut, with dirty clippers, he was stationed at the thrid chair. I requested a differnt number for my hair, and got upset. The owner did not intervene to make the siution better, he did not care. There is no sense of running a business. Worst customer service, dirty and cheap equipment, DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
