Walked in and was taken back right away. Clean environment. Suggestion would be to be a little more personal with people who are giving your business a chance for the first time and are possibly trying to become a returning customer and a have a trusted, knowledgeable stylist!

I've gone in a few times for a trim or just a simple cut and was happy with the results. But a few days ago I went in for a pretty simple cut with a reference photo of what I was looking for, something to the shoulders and specifically long enough to still put in a ponytail which the stylist seemed to understand. I left with my hair an inch below my ear :( The right side was about half an inch longer in the front than the left side and when I went to a different salon to have my hair fixed they noticed two pieces in the back that where longer as well. The stylist who did my hair had been very nice and friendly, she seems like a lovely person, but this was just outright BAD. Not even just that she cut it way too short but that it was so choppy. When I spoke to the manager she was completely understanding and sympathetic, she gave me a refund and even offered to fix the unevenness on the spot. She is extremely professional and I really appreciated how understanding and kind she was over the whole situation. So I deeply appreciate how the situation was handled by her. I do think that there are some genuinely good stylists at this location, but be careful with who you book.
