DONT GO TO LEXA!! NEVER EVER I went there for balayage with Shadi, I have had the worst color possible. she doesnt listen what you want and she does what she likes. the color was so bad, also the ombre. So the day after I went to another salon to do correction. Pictures attached. I called her to have some refund, because I paid $100 to the other salon, she was so rude and she hang up on me. worst customer service ever.

I have been to Lexa for hair colour and balayage with Shadi. I explained that I would like warm shade and I dont like white and silver shade. Imagine what??? She changed me to a grandma, I had silver, brown, blue and purple on my hair. It was a disaster. she overcharged me. I could go to one of the best salon in downtown and pay less and get a better result. It was waste of time and money.

Fotini is one of a kind and super talented. I love it there and have booked my appointments for the next six months. The whole staff is great and make sure you are satisfied and happy.
