Pu a groupon for a full highlight and hair cut with the stylist Dagny. Well I went to the salon to schedule a appointment with her because she dose not respond to her texts. I went over the groupon with her and what I was looking for and trying to figure out a time that works. She informed me that she is only going to do 2in Of highlights and to get a full highlight I would have to pay more. "Even though the groupon I purchased was for full highlights" I politely told her that her Groupon is misleading and and a touch up and full high lights are two different serviceâ€™s. And I would just like a refund. She was very rude and arrogant and she started yelling at me saying " If she did full highlights at that price she wouldnâ€™t make money!" And touch ups are the same as full highlights because she dose them around the full head! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

First of all, I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! I see that many reviews are referring to Dagny, but she just rents a room. When my appointment was cancelled again by Dagny, the owner stepped in to make things right for me! Salma and Carol have both done my hair and they are absolutely wonderful! They did an AMAZING job on my hair! They both have given me exactly what I was looking for with highlights, lowlights, and a much-needed haircut! The environment is clean, welcoming, and very professional! The women are hilarious and made me feel as though they were happy for me to be there! Definitely recommend if you're looking for excellent hair coloring, a professional/welcoming environment, and healthy hair! Loved it!!!

I scheduled an appointment 3 weeks ago and drove from the valley for a 9 am appointment. Dagny, did not show! She responded via text. The appointment was not confirmed. I never got a confirmation and I scheduled with you! Be respectful if you won't be there call to cancel!!!!!!

I went here before and Dagney gave me highlights that were an inch from my scalp...then proceeded to be passive aggresive over text.

I LOVE the interior decorating as I am a interior decorator. I went here twice the first time I met the owner and she was very nice but she didnâ€™t even finish my hair. She had only cut 2/3 of my hair and then left . It was so weird . Iâ€™m a sucker so I came back to get my hair cut again. This time it was someone els. I canâ€™t remember her name but her and the owner were close and she did WAY better then the owner. Honestly I think she needs to leave that place and work at a professional place
