I would give 0 stars but it’s not an option! I went here to have a bad hair cut fixed & left worse! I specifically asked if they were confident to do what I was asking, the manager assured me she had 20+ years experience...what a joke. The stylist didn’t even wet my hair before cutting it. It’s considerably shorter but not necessarily better & in order to fix this I have to cut off even more hair!! It was choppy & uneven. Really sad. It’s terribly hard to find great service now days.

I got a horrible haircut! I went in to get a straight bob. While wet my cut looked ok, but when it dried i could see that the sides were uneven, the layers were sheared uneven, and the back of my hair is lopsided!! I can't even get it fixed cause the sides were cut in layers for some reason, so now I just have to let it grow out to get it fixed. I would say DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!! Go anywhere else!

I've been going to this location for years however the last two times I've gone I've been extremely disappointed. The same girl has cut my hair and bangs in a way that I've had to go to the Fantastic Sam's location on Lindsey and Broadway to get it corrected requiring me to cut much more off my length and now my bangs than I wanted. My bangs have never been this short but we had to go this short because of how the stylist cut them. I'm literally embarrassed to go out like this. It's a shame that I've now had to suffer at the hands of the same person doing this to me twice and when going to have it fixed the new stylist is just as blown away and shocked as I am at the work they did. I'm writing this review in hopes that someone else doesn't suffer like I have. Thank you so much to the Lindsey and Broadway location for coming to my rescue.

I've had not so great hair cuts and okay hair cuts, but today I had a great hair cut! Thanks Alyssa you did a great job! She listened to my concerns and gave my the hair style it was missing.

Horrible experience, they are not friendly they speak under their breath like customers are an inconvenience, this seriously discourages me from getting a hair cut at any fantastic sams...the ladies can at least pretend to like their jobs...maybe it would make things easier. Just a thought.
