Hair cut was fine but customer service was not great. Stylist spent more time complaining about customers than cutting hair. I prefer to do business with a place that appreciates the business.

The management that runs these franchises is a joke! They have no clue on how to run a salon it is more a sweat shop then anything. Schedules change every other day so the coworkers cant make plans outside of work, the DL doesn't let the managers do their jobs, they hover over you and micromanage to the extreme!! The owners are blindsided on what they actually should do to run a smooth salon, their so worried about retail that the clients are the last things on their minds. There is no freedom to do what you want to do as a cosmetologist! You have to be under a certain time frame on a haircut and if you take longer then they want you to they write you up or yell at you. Again this is not a place to work at unless you don't care about clients and your license as a cosmetologist!!

I have been coming here for 2 years now and absolutely LOVE the staff. Lisa and Virgina are my go to people!!! Couldn't ask for better customer service and my color is always getting compliments. When people ask where do I go I'm proud to say Supercuts!
