Your facility is so open and bright. You keep it very clean. Your stylists always have smiles and seem eager to serve their clients. They know what they are doing and always ask about any details that they might not be sure of. I surely enjoy the shampoo afterward with the hot towel on my face and the vibrating chair. Even getting back to my chair there is a review of everything to ensure that the job was done right. The vibrator there is also a nice blessing. You are service par excellence.

This was my go to barbershop forever, even before they were at this location. I followed them. So today I came to get a haircut. I got Kristen, I asked her who she was rooting for in the Superbowl. She said the Eagles. I asked her why, she told me she didn't really follow the sport but she doesn't like the Patriots because they've won too much. So I followed with " you don't like them because they've won too much? I'm guessing that you've heard people say this and you're just reapeating them. Who says That? Because they win the games they should lose?" She then rebutted " that Brady is full of himself." I go and say " the man has 5 Superbowl rings He earned" . She was quiet after that and livid... This is supposed to be a sports themed barbershop. You shouldn't be mad when someone calls you out for your BS... I'm gonna look for a new barber who can talk about sports and not get butt hurt..... I was rooting for the Eagles.. I'm gonna miss Marissa....

Marissa is an outstanding hair stylist. She took the time to listen to my haircut recommendations and is very passionate about her work. I will be returning and I highly recommend her for an award.

First time in, great service. Stylist was able to offer a fade for my hairstyle and a line up. The mvp package was nice!

This one star is heck uh generous. If I could rate lower I would.I talked to the lady before she started cutting my son's hair. She cut almost all of his hair off. I could have shaved my sons head myself. This was my baby's first hair cut. He had hair past his butt and was donating it to a child that has cancer. I was balling, I was so angry I was crying like crazy. She didn't even stop and ask when she saw me get angry she just kept cutting. I asked for the Manger and the first one said "well we have to learn". What!? Let her learn on her own family. It looked like my son stuck his hand in an electrical socket. I expected the stylist to have some type of knowledge and education. It sounded like the ladies cutting hair cut hair at home and they just hired them. The other manager saw me crying and didn't come up to me and say anything until I asked for a manager. Then she tried to style it herself, it looked horribe all around and because it was cut almost all off I couldn't go anywhere else to get it fixed. I will never go back there again and I posted my experience on Facebook so that my friends and other people don't go through what I did. My son's first experience was ruined by this company and we can never get that back.
