I have a love hate relationship with online check in atm. It's great when it works, but annoying when it doesn't work. But overall, you wait less at the salon when it's busy. It also didn't help that the person getting haircut doesn't know what she want and was looking thru pictures while sitting in the stylist's chair. My lady did a great job on my hair with the picture of what I wanted. It wasn't exactly the same, but she put her own spin on it to match my hair type.

I was never a fan of GC. However, Roselyn was one of the best hairstylist GC ever produced. She cut my hair for almost 5 years out the 9 years that i went there. Unfortunately, they changed her location to SCW. Ever since than I️ became an orphan 😧

After checking in at 107th and olive and having the worst customer service that made us walk out "read their comments for more details". Dusty at this location turned the experience around and got me and my daughter in and out quick. Ill deff be returning to this location just because of her.
