Sandra is AWESOME. She cuts colors and highlights my hair. I found her after some other salon really messed up my color. Sandra fixed my color and made my hair beautiful again. She's a very sweet person with vast knowledge of what color will look best for you. She can do anything from basic color to complicated trendy fashion. She can cut you hair any way you want. Sandra is the best!

Sandy made my first experience at a salon perfect! I wanted my roots to blend in with the highlights I already had, and she executed it perfectly. She told me exactly what she was doing before she did it, and let me know up front what the cost would be. Also got a deep conditioning treatment and a long-overdue cut that made my thin hair feel thick and healthy :) And I love that they're local, not a national chain!

This a very nice place where all the hair stylists are very friendly and professional. My stylist was Sandy Sanchez she was GREAT and super friendly boy can she cut and style hair she did an amazing hair cut on both myself and sister. While I waited to get my hair she was finishing up on coloring this lady’s hair WoW what an awesome job the lady was very satisfied which is why am coming back to get my hair colored too..!! Thank you Sandy see you soon

I've been going to shanel for years and she is my all time favorite. The atmosphere of Charlie's is so relaxing you could fall asleep trust me, I would know. There's great humor and a real sense of compassion when they handle you and you're hair. I wish I could give more then five stars because they really deserve 100.

Let me just start off by telling you that this place is absolutely amazing!! Everyone there is very professional and goes above and beyond for their clients. This was my first time going to this shop and I saw Karen, who did a silk press on my very curly 4C hair and got it super straight. I definitely recommend her and anyone else at this shop. Great location and reasonable prices.
