Took my cousin to Great clips and loved their friendly service. The hair cut was perfect even though it was her our first time, they listen to their customers. Thanks!

I asked for just a trim, half an inch, because I really liked the shape of hair and I more or less just wanted it maintained. Not only did she cut more than half an inch, the shape of my hair in completely different now. The lines are uneven. The lady who cut my hair was very forceful and my head was jerky side to side, up and down the whole time. She seemed very rushed and there only two customers at the time including me. This place offers discount haircuts so don't expect great job. I no longer will come here, I'm going back to real salons. I only recommend this place to people who just want buzz cut because at least they mess that up too bad.

I had a terrible experience in another Great Clips(Tatum & Greenway) today, and came here to get it fixed. Not only were the staff very understanding but Naomi gave me the cut I wanted to a "t". She was very friendly and I really appreciate her help! My hair cut looks great now!

I moved to Great Clips after trying a couple of other chains and immediately felt the difference. Staff is friendly and really cares about your needs. Definitely recommend

Signed in online and only had to wait a few minutes when I arrived. Jennifer was so upbeat and friendly and made for a great experience. Hair turned out just like I wanted. Thanks!
