My regular stylist, Inigo, was not going to be available on the date I needed my color, so I booked an appointment with Theo. That morning was a difficult one for me, but once I walked thru the door at Bravo Salon, I felt relaxed and welcomed! Trudy greeted me with her warm smile and Theo put me at ease. She already had a printout of my specific color treatment in hand, and asked me several qualifying questions to make sure she understood what I wanted to accomplish. Theo provided a great color and an awesome blowout. She even gave me some tips to help me when I blow out my hair at home.
