I've been going to AZ Hair company since High School (15yrs) moved To California but would return to visit family and get my hair done. I'm currently visiting in AZ now and decided to go to AZ Hair Company in Tempe Market Place. Horrible Horrible Horrible Haircut😑 The lady who cut my hair tangled it sooo bad in the sink when washing it I had to help her brush my hair,took about 10min too untangle! I came in with very long hair ,almost to my waist and told the lady that I would like a long layered angle bob,I get these all the time and love this hair style. I showed the lady a photo of my hair and she literally butchered my hair.First off it's waaay too short,it's above my shoulders when I showed her where I wanted my length,theirs hardly any layers and I'm literally walking around with a plain bob hair cut.Its really ugly and everyone agrees that it looks Horrible. I'll never go back to another AZ Hair company...the quality in beauticians has gone down.I should've walked out when I saw this sloppy,unkept employee walking towards me with her schedule written on her arm

Got a color I was less than excited about. Wasn't really done well either. Stephanie, the manager, scheduled for me to come back so she could correct it, even though it wasn't her who did the poor job. She did PHENOMENAL 🙌🏻 So thankful for her working magic on my hair!

Horrible salon, awful customer service, completely unprofessional. I will never go back to this Salon again and I don't recommend it to anyone!

Marisa is jst amazing had to get on here and put positive feedback! As for her~~ great cuts and amazing color and high lights! I wanna fly in to Az jst to get my hair done by her! For the price it's beyond worth it!

Came in at 4:00 as a walk in left at 5:00, very disappointed, with out a hair cut. I new I would have to wait and didn't mind, but what was really annoying is the only available stylist taking a break, on his phone, when you have customers, that they clearly know have been waiting. If you care about providing good customer service, you serve your customers, then take a break. At least don't take your break in plain sight of the waiting customers.
