Where to begin?! I came in to see Heather nervous and pedantic and not only did she calm my nerves, but she NAILED my cut, color and style. I brought her balayage extensions which she color matched PERFECTLY, then came back the following day to have them trimmed into my shoulder length hair. The effect was seamless! How often do you go into a salon, show them a photo of what you want, and come out with almost a perfect replication. New customer for life! Highly recommend Heather at Lemonhead. She listened to 4 hours of my overactive nerves and questions, and even brought me wine during the appointment. I'll be both returning and recommending this salon to anyone looking for a new stylist. Thanks Heather!!!!

Don't be late as you will be told there is no time to provide the service you made an appointment for. Sounds reasonable!? I suppose in a perfect world that it does. How many times have you had to wait for your hairdresser to finish with the client before you? Have you waited 10-15 minutes? Probably. Did you leave or wait? I wait. "A customer is the most important visitor on our premises. He is not dependent on us. We are dependent on him. He is not an interruption in our work. He is the purpose of it. He is not an outsider in our business. He is part of it. We are not doing him a favor by serving him. He is doing us a favor by giving us an opportunity to do so."

Heather!! Where have you been all of my "Durango Hair Life"?? I moved to Durango in July, and -- after a couple of "hair stumbles" -- finally followed the advice of friends and (many) user reviews and found Heather at Lemon Heads. Prior to my visit to Lemon Heads , I believe that many thought I was an eccentric rancher: "Who is that woman, and HOW MANY suede fedoras can one person have??" Or perhaps they thought I was a closet collector of multi-colored beanies: "Wow...another beanie in ANOTHER color!!". Yep...I was constantly and consistently hiding my stripey, brassy hair under any hat-version of hair covering that I could muster (and I have a LOT of hats!!!!) Well..HATS OFF ladies!! I'm now so excited to show off my sun-kissed-California-blonde-balayage, cuz my hair is HAPPY!!! If you are looking for a gal who KNOWS her Aveda products, will take the time to find out exactly what you want and is REASONABLE in price to boot, do yourself a favor and book an appointment with Heather Roemmich!

If I could give 100 stars I would. Thank you Heather for color correcting the most horrible salon color EVER and turning it into a beautiful, flattering look for me. You are an artist. Thank you and thank you Lemonhead for being there!
