Their hairstylist was simply amazing! This is actually my first time to have a short hair in five years. At first, she asked me tons of questions and gave me dozens of advice to ensure that she was giving me the best haircut that will match to my face shape, my fine hair, and my lifestyle. This positive review is not enough, I’m sincerely grateful!

I came to this salon because of all the great reviews and at first I had made an app with David because he was recommended and they ended up giving me an appointment with Keith because David is no longer working there and let’s just say that I will not be coming here again! He smelled of alcohol and I think he was still drunk and to top it of my color and cut was horrible !!!!! I tried to contact the owner Noah but he never returned my calls and he was never in the salon. I just can’t believe they would let stylist drink in the job 😡.

Best hair salon around. Wonderful people and great sylists at an awesome location (Keith is amazing!). You even get free touch ups between cuts. BTW, they offer you water, coffee, or wine while you wait. C'mon...how much better can it get?!

Yikes. That's all I have to say. Possibly the worst haircut I've had in the past 2 years. Not only was it extremely shorter than what I asked for, it was uneven. I won't be returning any time soon. If you care about your hair, you won't consider this place. The staff was very nice, but when I'm paying this much for a haircut I don't really care about the service as much as the actual cut. The results I got were comparable to going to Sport Clips. After growing out my hair for a couple months to achieve the desired length for a certain look, I'm starting over again farther back than where I started in the first place. Don't waste your money. I'm starting to feel like no one in Phoenix knows how to cut hair.

Ro5 salon is amazing and after going here for 5 years I can say it’s the most comfortable and real salon with no pretentious vibes . The staff is friendly and attentive will do incredible hair for you !
