I had developed a phobia of hair stylists and salons due to numerous bad experiences. Fortunately, I found Arcane through a Google search and it was a godsend. Erika listened to me, understood exactly what I wanted to accomplish and she was so kind to me and did an amazing job. I love this place and I am so glad I went there.

Arcane is the answer to my hair prayers. The staff, the services and the products are absolutely amazing and my hair hasn't looked this good in years. I recently moved to N. Scottsdale but I will definitely be making the drive to get my hair done. Sam is so great and talented, along with everyone else I have met. Lastly, the Olaplex is amazing, treat yourself

LOVE THIS HIDDEN GEM! Downtown Phoenix has a cool, funky hair salon (parlour) with some really talented hair extraordinaires working there. I stumbled upon the shop and did a walk in a few months ago and have been back a few times since I like to keep my hair beautiful and Sammi cut and colored my hair. I am blown away by her knowledge of Redheads and their need for quality colors that are long lasting and do not easily fade. My highlights were so pretty and my cut was beautiful! So many layers and my hair feels light and looks great. I'm so impressed I will return soon for my touch up for roots and a bang trim again. The owner, Erica I think her name is, was very kind and accommodating on the phone and has done a beautiful job on renovating this space and making her personal style reflect the ambiance of this smaller studio salon that speaks volumes! Thank you ARCANE for showing up downtown. 3+

I came here due to a friend telling i had to see her hair dresser and it was love!! Now i always come here to get my hair done and will be bringing my almost 4 yr old for her first hair cut soon!!

Setting my appointment was easy (as it should be) and the timeliness of the actual appointment was also on point. But! More importantly, is that it wasn't just a hair cut. It was an experience not like any hair parlour or barber that I've ever had. Erika was absolutely fantastic and I left feeling like a million bucks. Pricing was reasonable as well.
