I am the owner of Abloom Salon, I am writing is response to Pash Ookay / Dominus Mea's reviews, which after many times of reading your review, it is obvious that it is the same person. I remember you quite well, when you walked in for a haircut, it was my day off and I was doing other things at the salon, so you instead had a consultation with another seasoned stylist, and you decided after a consultation to have her cut your hair. It is true that I cut Men's hair without the use of clippers, you were not in my chair. it is also true that I forgot to bring you your water until you reminded me. Its really hard for me to be rude for no reason, and I can guarantee to you, that I was not upset about getting you the water, I was a little embarrassed that you had to remind me, but that's it. Your stylist never left your side as you stated earlier and never did we group together to discuss your hair cut. Once your haircut was complete, you handsomely modeled for your hairstylist, while she took a few photos of your cut. You paid cash, and when I re-counted the money after you had left, we text you to tell you that you left an extra $10. your response was "I meant to leave that, go and get yourself a drink"
You also called us lazy and unprofessional. That's your opinion, only I know that amount of love, energy, time and discipline that it took to create and maintain Abloom Salon. Never did I get a phone call from you about wanting a refund, if you had I would have asked you to come in so that I could see your hair, see if I could get it to what you were looking for, and I would have given you a full refund. Our men's haircuts start at $45.00, so I'm not sure which salon you called when you were inquiring about prices, but it definitely wasn't Abloom. The stylist who cut your hair has an impressive 16 years under her belt in this industry, which is why her prices reflect that. Lastly, you are obviously extremely upset, since you wrote 2 reviews, but I have a feeling its more to do with a personal issue and not a professional issue
