Mason, the fellow that styled my hair, is a tasteful individual and skilled craftsman. He asked informed questions to find out exactly the look I was hoping for, and let me know when he thought I might like the final result better by making a change to my request. My hair looks excellent. They charged me all of $5 more than a common chain place would have, and that $5 bought me a lot of care and consideration. The staff even said they liked my prominent cowlick, which could be outrageous flattery, but I liked to hear it anyways.

Great Experience! Very zen and calm environment. 🙂 Every employee is into their craft and you can tell they love what they do. Went in there for a haircut and came out with a PERFECT, most classic pixie cut by Mason!! He was absolutely patient with me, and took his time cutting my hair. All I have to say is that I am in absolute LOVE with my hair! Thank you so much Mason!!! I LOVE IT!!! Glad I decided to go for it! 🥰😊 Definitely a great place to get a cut, color, or any other service provided at a salon or barber! The employees are genuinely kind and the place is authentically urban. 😊 Go to Bishops if you're looking for just that. 😎

I went to Bishops to get a short haircut/bob for the hot summer months in Phoenix. Kelcie was my stylist and she worked with me to determine the exact length and style I would like. She spent just under an hour on my cut (including a wash and blow dry) to make sure it fell just right. I'm very pleased with the service and will be back again!

Cool place for cut and/or color. Laid back vibe. Diverse clientele. This was my first visit. Jai was excellent and gave me the cut I wanted. Added plus is that you don't have to be shampooed if you don't want to

Not happy this time. The first time we went, we had Lane do his hair and he loved it. She is wonderful and talented. The second time, we had another stylist and after he was finished, he was charged for an add-on that he had not asked for. On our way home my boyfriend kept commenting that his neck was burning and we dismissed it because we thought he was getting an allergy to the product the stylist had put on his hair. It wasn’t until he got off the car that I noticed his neck LITERALLY had blood on it. These pictures are after I cleansed his cuts. They’re everywhere. We’re upset that he was charged extra and the stylist knowingly gave him that price after butchering his head. Do better please.
