Today was my first AND LAST experience at Super Cuts. First of all, I had to ask my hairstylist "Erica" for a shampoo (I thought that was standard but apparently it's not) this cost me $4.00. Second, I specifically asked for my bangs to be cut at the level just below my nose and for long layers as my hair is long and one length. My bangs are level with my chin (this cost me $21.00). Third, I asked if she could blow dry my hair. She did mention that it was extra, I said okay because I had other errands to do after my haircut. I accept the fact that it's my own fault for not asking her how much it would be but come on. (I was charged $35.00 for a standard blow dry)? Erica asked me if I wanted a head massage when she was shampooing my hair. I asked her how much that would be and she never offered a price so I declined. (Thank God, who knows how much that would have cost me)! I bought a 10oz Conditioning Spray that cost me $21.95. After giving Erica a tip, I spent a grand total of $93.65! Sorry Super Cuts, I won't be walking through your doors ever again nor would I ever recommend anyone to your facility! Seriously, there was nothing special about my shampoo, haircut and blow dry today, nothing special at all!!!!!!

Shantay or Shane just gave me one of the worse haircuts I've had for a while. No attention to details, and my instructions. Also did a shampoo and charged me without telling me. Pretty horrid service.. not going back there again.
