Amazing customer service! I thought it would just be getting a hair cut, but instead I was pampered. It wasn't a conveyor belt kind of shop where they crank out haircuts and boot you out the door. They went out of their way to make me feel important. I got a terrific hair cut that I love. The shampoo session is complete zen with the head massage that is included in every haircut - it had to be at least 10-15 minutes of temple and scalp massaging...so relaxing. The stylist did not rush anything - she listened and took her time to give me a perfect cut. And they weren't pushy about up-selling. It was the perfect experience. Money well spent!!!!

First time visit to Salon 25 and definitely not my last. Many have a difficult time cutting my hair but not Chris 🙂 I went in with a short hair idea in mind and came out with a cut I love. Very nice and welcoming team who took good care of me, especially when I had a allergic reaction to some hair products (I'm allergic to the world so definitely no one's fault, I just found a new allergy 🤗) Thank you for your patience/time with my allergy Salon 25 and thank you for my new awesome short hair! Be back soon 🤓

This small salon is big with experience. They are up to date with the latest men and women’s hairstyle trends. This salon features only Paul Mitchell products. They carry a great selection of hair care products as well as blow dryers and straighteners. Reservations are required. The staff offered me coffee while I waited. Day and evening appointments available. I got my haircut at 7pm on a Wednesday evening. Family owned and operated. $$.

Abby was fantastic. I showed up without an appointment, which I generally don't do, and they were able to squeeze me in last minute. She was very engaged by asking if I was comfortable or if the pressure was good. I think she's the only stylist ive ever gone to that actually asked HOW I like my water temperature, instead of just spraying me and asking if it was ok. She really listened to what I was saying by keeping the majority of my length but still getting my hair fresh and trimmed. I'm not a big talker when I sit in a salon chair... Its my me-time, my zone-out time, and I like that she respected that. She didn't try to push me to talk. She did her thing and I just let myself relax. She of course continued to check in letting me know the beginning of each step she was about to do, but she was fantastic. She did a hair treatment that makes my hair feel like butter .So much healthier .I'm so glad I was able to be seen by her. Thanks Abby!! You really are a hero ❤
