Horrible. Do not go here! Took my 3 year old son in for a desperately needed haircut (he has a great head of hair) a minute or so in to the cut the hairdresser accidentally poked my son on the ear causing him to cry. From here he became more upset and after a minute or so the hairdresser said 'I think we are done...' She had barely touched his hair and only cut a small amount off the fringe. His hair is a mess and needs another haircut still and she had the nerve to still charge me the full $20. When I met up with my husband In a nearby store he said 'why hasn't he had a haircut yet?' To which I told him this was it as she stopped shortly after starting. When he found out I also had to pay full price for this poor effort he went up and confronted the hairdresser who showed complete disregard, leaning all over the counter while speaking to him, shrugging her shoulders and blaming our son for being too terrible to cut the hair for. (After she poked him with scissors) My husband pointed out the obvious such as, I dunno... he is 3 years old...has she ever cut hair for children and are they always perfect.... She claimed to be great at it. My husband pointed out he was disgusted with her attitude and the fact she had the Gaul to charge full price knowing another haircut is still required because she is incompetent. He also told her he would be submitting an online review about this to which she did not seem to care. Not stopping there...because she had completely disregarded our voiced concerns, a formal complaint was lodged with centre management. The salon looks unprofessional and the staff appear slobbish. Absolutely disgusting the way this store operates.

Had a horrible expierance here literally almost walked out crying and to fix the mistake they made I need to pay another 130 😡 And besides that the lady the changed the price on me like twice trying to cluck more money out of me I'm a single mom I never spoil myself or have time to and to be treated and screwed over like this really made me wanna cry never gunna go back .
