Their haircuts are okay. When I went here to get my haircut and get some bangs. The hairstylist suggested that I don’t get my bangs too short because I never had bangs so I might not like so she suggested to get long bangs and if I don’t like it and change my mind I can always come back in up to a week to change my bangs for free. I really liked that suggestion. So after a week I decided I want my bangs shorter and when I called and spoke to another lady on the phone and told her I’m getting my bangs adjusted, she had a rude tone and said it’s better to come back the second day not a week later. She still allowed me to come back so I decided to not go back. They need to teach their staff not to give false information

Desirae/Hannah are Awesome stylist at this location! Definitely recommend either or. They're fades are always on point for the guys. And of course they're always nice to talk to. They truly deserve 5 stars

Charlotte answered the phone with a smile in her voice at 8:25 04/12. Unlike other establishments I was NOT told that they were closing at 9. She asked if I had checked in on line, to which I responded no. She invited me to come in and upon my arrival created a profile so that anyone would know my preference in how I want my hair cut. However, I will always make sure the lovely Hanna is there when I return. She was charming and courteous. I left within a half hour with a great hair cut. No pun intended. My usual shop closes early. With the service I received tonight from Great Clips ... specifically Hanna, I'm likely not to return to my regular salon. Definitely ask for Hanna or Charlotte. Thank you ladies for a pleasant end to a very long day.

Staff is very friendly, and every experience has been great. Note of caution though: every haircut I've gotten here has turned out a little different depending on who you work with. It's never been bad, but if you are a stickler for a particular look then don't be afraid to guide the process
