Took my daughter here to get her hair cut. Was recommended by a friend due to the fact the specialize in curly hair! My daughter is biracial and when we walked in the woman who was standing chatting with a lady gave the nastiest look. We felt very uncomfortable and being a new customer you would think they would approach you in a nice matter! I felt this may be do to my daughter being African American! We walked out! I would not recommend you take your dog here to get their hair cut! Customer service is horrible!!! I would have given "0" stars if able!

I adored what she did to my curls! She has so much skill and takes so much time to go over everything with you so you won't thin your hair! She's so nice too! 1000000 gold stars!

Kimberly is AMAZING with curls. I had moved from Colorado where I loved my stylist and I was terrified to try another, but I'm so happy I found Kimberly. She took my nerves into account and cut what I was comfortable with, explaining what and more importantly, WHY she was doing what she was doing. I was THRILLED with my cut. When I went back the second time, 3 months later, I let her loose and told her to cut it how she wanted - it was Fantastic! I HIGHLY recommend Headquarters! - I'm editing to add that after leaving CA and having two other stylist cut my curls with disappointing results, I sincerely wish I could fly back to have Kim cut my hair.

She is mean and rip off I would not pay her price to get a hair cut I can get a hair cut at half her price. She needs to be put out of bisness

I had taken my 13 year old daughter to Kim about two, maybe 3 times. Or last appointment had to be reschedule due to a conflicting appointment. I called Kim and she gave my daughter a new appointment two weeks later. 9 days later..9 days..Kim called me and said she was canceling my daughter's appointment, because I stood her up...twice! What??? I was shocked. I tried to explain that I rescheduled, that I didn't "stand her up" She said, "you've done this twice before" which was a complete fabrication on her part. Besides, I've known Kim for ten years! She may be a fine hairdresser, but she lacks customer service and sense of good business. All I can say is BEWARE! She has zero customer loyalty.
