I had taken my 13 year old daughter to Kim about two, maybe 3 times. Or last appointment had to be reschedule due to a conflicting appointment. I called Kim and she gave my daughter a new appointment two weeks later. 9 days later..9 days..Kim called me and said she was canceling my daughter's appointment, because I stood her up...twice! What??? I was shocked. I tried to explain that I rescheduled, that I didn't "stand her up" She said, "you've done this twice before" which was a complete fabrication on her part. Besides, I've known Kim for ten years! She may be a fine hairdresser, but she lacks customer service and sense of good business. All I can say is BEWARE! She has zero customer loyalty.
