2 reviews 1.0 star rating 9/28/2017 Very bad experience. Got keratin treatment done that is expected to last for 4-6 months and priced higher than the one that lasts for 2-3 months. Mine lasted for less than 2 months. I went back and realized the business model is really weird here. There is no owner or management you can talk to if you have complains. Every stylist is a owner and do not want to take responsibility for a bad service since they are not answerable to anyone. When I went to complain or find options for my failed keratin treatment, my stylist was not there and the other stylist told me that the one I went to was not good. She kind of started bad mouthing her and tried convincing me to get it done by her. This place looks like a scam without any central management. Even if it is like that, customer should be told about it before getting the service. I wasted 300 bucks. Very disappointed.

I can't believe the quality of cut you get here for the price! Generally available within a few minutes if you walk in, exceptionally friendly and they remember you every time. Love!!!
