If the customer service had been better, this would have been a 4. It's appalling service to go to a place without appointments, and be told "Look, decide if you want it long or short now because I won't have time to get it later if you change your mind." You guys don't do appointments. You're not doing this for free - I'm paying you for your service. It's rude and in poor taste to say that to a customer. I will not be going there again.

I've been going to this salon on and off for almost 8 years. It's no frills place to get a nice haircut.

I brought a picture of the style I wanted, and the lady(I forgot to ask for her name) took the time and did a really good job adapting it to my hair texture and length. I came out very satisfied with the cut, which didn't happen for the last 4 years. $23 for women's long hair cut.
