I made an appointment with Krisha for a haircut, after reading some good reviews on Yelp and checking some pictures of her work. The salon is very nice, huge and well decorated. I showed her 2 very clear pictures of what I wanted and she guaranteed she could do it. My hair was very long, therefore there was availability to do any haircut on it. All that was needed was talent and good will. She mentioned I was her last client and that she had had a very busy day. Well, she did a totally different job than what I had asked, please see pictures. I am so disappointed! It took me months to wait for my hair to grow out and be able to do what I wanted. I look like a brunette he-man. She cut way more than the picture, my base is all straight, so now I have a lot of volume on the ends in a very short hair. Not to mention right before my anniversary and the holidays. Iâ€™m so depressed.

Clean, calm and so peaceful for a good redtgul cut. Feels like i was in therapy, so refreshed thereafter.

this salon looks like a hotel. it is made very well. the bistro sells amazing grilled cheese. the coffee is good. the service is great. it is a little expensive but you won't regret it. Hanna was my colorist and she is very talented. I loved her work. she created magic in my hair.

I got my hair cut by Mikhaila today, she did a wonderful job, I love it, so cute.

This place is terrible. The first time I went the stylist completely screwed up my hair. I made an appointment 2 months later with a different stylist. I show up on time and wait about 15 minutes then get approached and told they won't be able to get me in today. Dont make appointments you can't keep and dont let the person sit there for 15 minutes before telling them. I would give them a 0/5 if I could.
