The entire staff here is amazing, and the prices are phenomenally fair! I came in to get my hair coloured and cut, and Kelly did an amazing job. They even offer a free beer when you get a cut, it's pretty neat (shame I don't drink)! Unlike some salons where they're not really on top of what's currently fashionable or trendy, the team here is up-to-date and I left with a wicked good pixie cut. I am a transgender woman, and no one in the location even batted an eye when I came in, everyone used my correct pronouns and was super respectful. And as someone that is non-binary, I appreciate that their pricing for cuts is based on length and not gender. This is a safe space. The decor is pretty great, too! I just love the aesthetic. If you need a cut for a great price, want your colour done, or any of the above, come over to Bishops!
