I am a Japanese international student. I've had a good and horrible experience there. when I went to there at the first time, my staff is the manager. he really understood what I wanted to be, and he did really great cut for me. However, when I went to there few days ago, the staff, yukiko, ramdomly cut my hair as if she was cutting toy's hair. even though I explained my unique hair condition and demanded her to cut my hair only three centimetor, she exccesively shagged my hair and she cut more than 6 centimetor. As a result of it, my hair has become like a pineapple and my head skin is clearly seen. I even said "stop shaging, please." I dont think I will go there again. at least, yukiko just follows her style, not customer.
