Never going to Supercuts Anabel is the worst hair stylist don't let her color your hair and she doesn't know how to cut hair. She's rude and inexperienced. Went in for a haircut and color came out with hair color on my skin and bad hair cut.

I've been going to this Supercuts for several years and I always have my hair cut by Anabel. I have actually received quite a few unsolicited complements afterwards on how good my haircut looks.

I just had a double mastectomy and needed to get my hair washed since I can't really use my arms while recovering. I made an appointment walked in and checked in. Another person came in and put his name down. A stylist who goes by the name of "Richard" called the other person instead of me who had been waiting even though I made an appointment. The other female stylist told him I was next and he didn't bother to explain what was going on. I walked up and told him to cancel my appointment and let him know I will never come back to this location again. My husband went back in asking for an explanation and Richard proceeded to tell him that they don't take appointments. So then why did they made an appointment for me. This makes no sense to me.. I've contacted their corporate office so they know the level of customer service that is given to their customers let alone someone who has just had major Surgery. This took so much physical energy and was such a disappointment
