So I bought my wife a cut and color off Groupon so she could get her hair professionally done. I'm not exaggerating when I mean "professional" either. We were in the market to find my wife a hair salon that she would enjoy and look forward to going to being that we just recently moved to the LA area. After reading the reviews of this hair salon, we decided to give it a try. I'm happy that we did. She was looking for a hair salon that valued her opinion, voiced their concerns on whats best for what she's looking for, and above all, a friendly atmosphere where she felt welcomed and treated with the upmost respect and not like just "another customer." While patiently waiting and sitting in the hair chair for several hours with a bad knee, she hasn't stopped talking about the FANTASTIC service and accommodations that this salon and her hair stylist provided to her throughout the lengthy process. She was extremely pleased that the stylist was understanding and allowed her to stand up and stretch out her bad knee throughout the whole process without showing or giving any negative attitude or poor customer service due to her temporary physical disability with her knee. She mentioned to me that during her coloring and her hair cut that her stylist shared and showed her current progress to her fellow coworkers throughout the appointment. That to me not only shows the stylists' best interest for her customer but also being a team player and being open to hear her other coworkers questions, comments, and concerns (not saying she needed them), but it was nice of her to have done so. My wife is EXTREMELY pleased and VERY thrilled to have her hair done by SHAWN and is looking forward to her next appointment. I tip my hat off to Shawn. Thank you for taking excellent care of my wife and putting a smile back on her face!! :)
