My hair had been braided so it was curly when I went in. He still dry cut my hair even though i explained it's naturally stick straight, resulting in uneven hairline. He also just cut my V-layered hair straight across and was like, "ok, you're done." I cried in chair when I realized I was not going to get the treatment and style I wanted. Could have had my child cut a straight line across my back just as well and saved myself the money and bad feelings.

I had a very long hair and went with so many hopes for a new hairstyle , this person chopped off more than half of my hair ,, just straight without even washing my hair or using a comb or water spray and said that is what can be done to my hair 😡😡

Pathetic. He spent over 60% of the time describing HIS troubled living circumstances, Claimed my unshaven neck "was necessary" . Had to return when I realized how pathetic his haircut was. Tries a STUPID joke upon leaving "now you can walk faster" . What?? I go home. Both sides of my head are Uneven. I had to perform a "Do it myself" to make up for his half-wit job. The heavy bags under his eyes, breath of an uncleaned ash tray? Sick. Disgusted. NEVER going back. I'll pray for him...

It looks like Roberto has some good reviews, but my experience was awful. This was my experience. I went in just for a haircut. I needed a trim, found the coupon online and thought, why not. I sit down and he say starts to comb through my hair and says, "you do your own color." I said, "yes, I did this last time." He made a face and said, "you screw up big time." I was a little taken aback, but didn't say anything. His attitude was pretty snooty. Then he starts to make faces going through my hair and saying, "Why. Why you do your own color." I started to say...well, i just moved and am trying to save money...but then thought..I don't need to justify how I treat my hair nor do I want a lecture. I stood up and said, "I think I'll be going." He was shocked...said "what wrong with you. why you leave." I said, "I don't like the way you are treating me." I left, so I'm not even sure how he cuts hair. But in this economy, I will not give my money to someone who treats his customers with so little respect.
