H Studio Salon came highly recommend to me, my first visit was great. Jennifer done an excellent hair cut and Jamie the color was perfect. My second visit was a nightmare, Jennifer had a tooth issue and had to go home. They had another girl cut my hair, I don't even remember her name she was in such a hurry. She had asked me what I wanted done, I told her a trim, WOW she really gave me a trim cut big chunks out of my hair. I told Jamie (the color girl) that I was very unhappy about my hair cut. I hated the cut, so Jamie got the owner (Heather) to come over and look at my hair. Heather said she knew what I was talking about that she would fix it. Heather told Jamie to give me a color then she would fix my hair. I wanted just a couple of strains to be colored a dark purple. After the both were done I hated my hair, not only was my hair died a dark red there were chunks taken out of both sides.The back of my hair cut looked ok except the top where chucks were taken out to. I paid 140.00 and left, traumatized. I went back to work and my client asked me what happened to my hair. The next day I went to another salon and showed them my hair. They asked me who cut it, that there were chucks taken out. They gave me a style. I called Heather (the owner of H Studio Salon) and told her what the other salon said. I wanted a full refund she said that she would issue me a full refund. The next day I still didn't have the refund so I called and left a message for Heather. Later that day I got a message from a man named Kevin, saying please give the salon a call back that he needed my credit card information. I called him back gave my credit card information, two days later the refund was for 60.00 not the full price I paid of 140.00. I am still waiting for my refund, as promised. Beware of this salon they don't care about the client just how much money they get. I am a business owner myself, I make sure that my clients are completely happy with our services they are important to me. My hair will grow out and I had to pay to have it colored, I will just let my bank take care of the remaining charges. 😕 Very sad customer!
