This place rocks and so does Angie!! Great Clips offers a free haircut for all active duty members and veterans. As a veteran on veterans day I decided to take them up on their offer so I went to the Laguna Niguel store. They were about to close so a young Asian lady very politely offered me a thank you veterans free haircut card to use at any store at any time. Since I live close to this location I came over and met Angie. She's very kind and an excellent stylist. She thanked me several times for my service and gave me an awsome hair cut! Thank you ma'am and thank you Great Clips!! You folks do take care of your veterans. GOD BLESS!! 👍

Asian girl who gave a haircut to my son didn't try to understand me and had a attitude problem... I was upset so is my son.. my son left the place with crying and told me to never take him to that place again..,

My husband is Randy. It am referring to myself in this review. (Faith) I went to the Rancho Santa Margarita shop and had a wash and haircut from a wonderful young lady named Hannah. I had a very stressful day and am preparing for a pretty big surgery in a few days. She took her time washing my hair and massaged it to calm me down. Then proceeded to give me the best haircut l have exer had. And l am 48 years old! I've had cuts upwards of $60. and never had one this good or been treated so kind, as it was not a "haircut nicety". She was honestly concerned about me and made me laugh. Want relaxation, forget getting a massage. Just go get a haircut from this lovely young lady. Thank you Hannah! Faith (Go Army!)
