My son gifted me a full day spa; message, facial, pedicure and lunch. I scheduled my appt and was told I would be there from 10-1pm. So I got dropped off and started my spa day. Receptionist were ok, not over the top friendly or excited for you. I was taken back to change and started with my massage. OMG, best ever. I loved it! After I was taken back to the sitting room and figured I'd be called for my next treatment. They found me in the hot sauna and my facial was good. I was taken back again to relax in the sitting room but was not told what and when was next. I waited 20 min and it was nearing 12:10 & still needed lunch and my pedicure. After not hearing from anyone I went and found a gal to see if I could start my pedicure as I had plans and was told I'd be done at 1. She did she'd handle it but after waiting 10 min I went to the front and asked them. They had no notes of me moving up my pedicure from the previous gal. I had lunch while getting my pedicure. All went well but I really wish the communication was better. I was never told what to expect and just was left wondering what's next, which is ok to some extent. I would have loved to have lunch in their little dining area instead of eating from my lap.
