I have been going to Rudy for the last 4 yrs and not once has he disappointed me. He is the best hairdresser that I have ever been too I have highlights and my hair is super healthy(go every 3 months) he cuts my hair does highlights and blows drys and straightens my hair. Definitely recommend this place. You will not be dissapointed! recommend it

Came in waited for 15 min, and there was no one on the floor. I thought that they were probably not working, since I was tired of waiting and saying loudly "hello", "anyone working today?". I could hear them chattong in side, butvno service. The place was completely empty. After 15 minutes a lady came out, I told her I needed a hair cut. I told her who I was looking for, since I had been there before. She said, "I will go get him right now." I waited about 3-5 min. The hairstylist and another gentleman came out, and they said, so sorry we have the whole day booked. I told them, "this lady (her being present) just told me that he could do it.". The gentleman said, sorry we are all booked today. You can come back another day. What a lack of respect and customer service. I'm glad I did not get a hair cut there, never coming back again.

I had a miscommunication with an appointment there and was very dissatisfied and the next day received a personal phone call apologizing and offering a free haircut. Very nice and professional.
