One thing I asked: "don't touch my eyebrows or get them wet because I just had permanent makeup done." What did they do? Flipped wet hair into my face multiple times and wiped them with the towel. That was literally the only reason I went in so I wouldn't be struggling to do it myself in the shower. I also called ahead and asked how much it would be for a shampoo & blowdry. What I heard them say was $5, which seemed normal for a great clips. And I specifically asked to double check, "it's only five dollars?" And they said yes. Afterwards they say it's $35 for a style. No on explained that a simple blow dry isn't included with a shampoo and is considered "styling," and for a $30 difference where all the problems occurred with the stylist not being careful enough is ridiculous. I could have done a better job at home, or gone to a professional salon that would charge the same price, do a better job and actually style my hair. If I knew that was what I was expected to pay for I would have actually asked them to style it, but then I expect I would be charged for a "formal" style. I offered to pay $25 for a "regular" style despite not being told that and having him jeopardize microblading I spent $700 on; at first they said they didn't want my money, and then said it was still $35, at which point I left. Such a rip off.
