Nice costumers service but poor deliver at the time of dye my hair. I ask specifically to the styles, what color I want in my hair I show her my lenth and the type of hair that I have she said that she could do the color that I want it she bleach it and everything but the result was a disappoint I been bleaching my hair for more than a year only to have it back to dark brown and not golden copper as I want it and I have to save money again just to start all over again having ligher hair and to wait a freaking month to do it of all the product that she put I was looking towards for this weekend to go out at night but now I just want to stay home and cry even my friend laughed when she saw me in this ugly color nothing that I spect it to be she offer to make little highlights but seriously i dont want her to even touch my hair any more I just gonna suck it up for now until I can save more money and start all over again to a lighter hair if there would be a way to give -5 to this review I would have totally give that option ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ disappointment is real 2018 look so dark as my hair so far.

Fernando is great. I've been his client for many years and always happy with his services. He is very gentle and kind. I wouldn't go anywhere else. The prices are reasonable too.
