I had an appointment scheduled, when I got there the owner Randy said the stylist had an emergency and had to leave. Said they tried to call me but had wrong number on file, total lie because each time I've been in(including that time) had a confirmation call the day before. Owner was very rude and unapologetic, when I busted her out on her lie she said if I didn't like it not to come back. What a trashy scrummy owner and way of doing business. I have a suspicion Randy is a cocaine addict based on prior experiences with her, still no excuse to tell bold faced lies to customers.

Flies and bugs everywhere! Chemical smell is awful despite windows open it was so hot. Only one stylist was making conversation. Awkward, hot and dirty.
