If you value your time and do not like to be kept waiting for an appointment, you might not want to consider this salon. I had an appointment with Edwin and he kept me waiting for 45 minutes. I called the salon from my car as I was on my way and they confirmed he was on schedule. The worst part is he spent time photographing the client he was finishing with and then grabbed a quick bite to eat before greeting me. At this point, I canceled the appointment. He might be an excellent stylist, but I will never find out because I do not have the patience to be kept waiting for extended periods.

The stylist Crystal Teach is unstable, my hair was past my waist when I went in for a trim. I told her cut 4" off and give me front layers. She chopped all my hair to above my breasts and bobbed the whole thing except for a longer piece in the back. Her photos are misleading, she started giving me attitude telling me this is what you asked for when I started panicking after I saw what she had done. There is no way there was any miscommunication. Unfortunately she started cutting from the back so it was too late to stop her once I saw what she cut, I had no choice but to have her make the front even. If someone comes in with hair past their waist there is no way you would confuse 4" off the bottom with chop it all off straight across with no style. She cut everything within 5 minutes. No parting, no lifting the hair to reach underneath. Just a complete butcher of my hair. It will take 4+ years to regrow what she decided to just chop off. She even asked me how long did it take to grow my hair this long, something is not right with this woman. She did this intentionally, I received no discount for this and to top it off she charged me $180 for this. Please please do not go to this salon, it's not worth it and clearly photos lie, she had so many beautiful photos posted about the hair she does, she ruined my hair and caused me so much embarrassment having to explain to everyone I know why my extra long hair is now gone.
