Todd is the best. He's so great with my elderly mother. Always on time, pleasant, and willing to go that extra mile. He's everything a great hair stylist should be.

I have been going to see Kelsey at the salon for years even came back after the pandemic. Unfortunately, her father just passed away and I was one of her clients that day getting my hair done for my sons wedding after by her choice coming in to do my hair that day, she then proceeded to send me a nasty text message not once, but twice explaining somehow me wanting to get my hair done and asking people in the salon. If anybody else could get my hair done, she found offensive apparently and her pain she could not understand that I too had Wanted to get my hair done I’m looking for somebody else to do that was not out of line. I think she is an average hairstylist but if you’re going to go see her, she comes with a lot of baggage. All she could say was I was rude or not nice to the people in the salon which is a blatant lie. I said my deepest sympathies for her family, but I too, was stressed and frustrated, but in her eyes it was all about her.

Kelsey did an amazing job on a color correction for me, in half the time it took my previous stylist to make me look like Strawberry Shortcake. My hair looks amazing! The salon was clean. Everyone was friendly and professional. I highly recommend them.

When we first walked in we were greeted with warm smiles which was perfect because our teenage son was nervous about cutting his hair that he had let grow out for a year. The stylist, Annica, did a fabulous job finding a fashion forward style that would still allow him to have long hair but with layers. She was kind and caring which made him feel at ease. Thank you Annica and thank you Harlo & State Salon. We will be back.
