Worst haircut of my life!!! I told the kid low fade, ended up giving me a high chopped up fade. I told the kid you jacked up my hair and I wasn't going to pay. Kid said let me try and fix it. He Ended up going even higher on the fade and still was chopped up( meaning patches of none faded areas). I hated my hair cut. So after 1 1/2 hours in the hot salon. Hot clippers against my head, I said enough. I wasn't going to pay for the jacked up hair cut and I left the place. Learned my lesson to not to go to a new kid.

I called and asked if it was a good time to come in and get a haircut cuz I wanted to make sure it was not too busy and he said I can't tell the future

Really impressed by the high quality customer service and my fantastic cut at the salon. Everyone was so welcoming and caring and the cut was exactly what I wanted. Thank you so much Alex,Justin,David and the rest of the team, definitely found my new salon!

When Lupita the manager is there all is great! However, when she isn't, this place is a gossip arena for the hairstylist with the Magenta Hair. Not to mention she is horribly rude! Will never take my business back here, sadly I had been going here 5 years. Will now be taking my business to the other hair salon in this shopping center. Will pay a bit more, but their customer service is the best and worth it!
