I had the best experience at Great Clips (Town and Country) on Sunday, January 27 with Alex - I went in for a re-do (I had gone to another GC location the day before) and was so unhappy with that cut. I can't thank Alex enough for fixing my botched cut (made worse by me using my own scissors at home). Alex took his time with me, was so patient and kind and knew exactly what I wanted - and needed. I got my "cute" back - thanks to Alex. I have my short natural curls cut into a great style. The staff at this location is wonderful! Thank you! Thank you! I'm very happy with the customer service.

Be careful of who cuts your hair. Sometimes you get a great cut and the next time it will be the worst. It's hard to find the same person that cut your hair great each time you visit.

Great staff, prices and good selection of products. Sometimes the stylists are a bit inconsistent; however, if you do not like your cut you can always go back and they will fix it for no cost. I have been a customer for 5 years and know which stylists to ask for, so if you find one you like, try to get him/her each time. Appointments are easy with on line sign in.

Wonderful place if ur looking to get your hair butchered and walk around like a 4 yr old cut your hair of in your sleep. AMARA is the butcher. AVIOD HER AT ALL COST!!! I would have been better off letting my son cut my hair. He's 8 and he knows what a straight line is. Wish I can post a pic on here. If I figure it out I will so you see I'm not exaggerating. I left in tears and have not stopped since. I can't even put my hair in a pony tail and when I went in if was down to my back. I told her it was too short when she got to my shoulders, but she had cut it so crooked that she had to keep cutting to even it out apparently. She did EVERYTHING I SPECIFICALLY ASKED NOT TO FROM THE TYPE OF STYLE, LENGTH, AND OVERALL LOOK. She didn't listen and she didn't care.
