Worst haircut I've ever gotten. I told the lady exactly what I wanted and 30 seconds later she had to ask me again. Told her finger length on top which requires the use of scissors. When I signed in I didn't give them my address, because I don't want to receive more junk mail. So during the scissor portion of the haircut, she asks "after this can you give me your address? They will send you a $5 off coupon." To which I declined stating I don't want more mail. As soon as I declined, she put down the scissors... got the trimmer to finish the sides, yet she'd only finish about half of the top of my head. Then she realized how bad the top was and got her big clippers and a comb and barely touched the front part of my hair, so while looking straight on it looks ok. Well my hair has dried and wow the right side of my head, the hair is shorter. Then my bangs look like they're doing the wave.
The lady was elderly and had problems walking and standing there to cut my hair, many times she'd either grab and put her weight on me or the chair just to talk around it. I don't think this is the best job for her, and I pray she can retire and live comfortably as soon as possible.
I will never be a customer at this store ever again, and will advise against it to everyone I know.
I highly recommend going across the street, there is a place that is a lot cheaper and a lot better quality. They had a 2 hour wait today and that's the only reason I decided to get elsewhere.(Lesson learned)
